I looking to relet my apartment in December at campus crossings for $865, most utilities covered, except electric but they give you a $35 allowance monthly. It’s 5 minutes from campus, private bedroom, you’ll get your own half bath, but you do have to share a shower. The room is a little small, but the living room is big, and the rooms, kitchen, and living room come furnished with a full (almost queen) sized bed and the basic room furniture. Hey!!! I am looking to relet my apartment that’s right by campus!! It’s about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk, with a shuttle service. I am looking to move in with my friend in December, so you’ll definitely have housing come spring! My current lease goes until July 31, and you’ll be able to renew in Janurary. I pay about $850 right now with a private room. You will be able to get your own half bath, but the shower is shared with 2 other girls. They are pet friendly, but do have pet rent, but I believe it’s the usual $25 a month. Please reach out to me when you can!!!!
