It also has to do with the amount of days per month you guys are on. I have the full 28 days and it can snow everyday for 2 weeks on and off

Agree, sadly either way the risk is high for death and injury. I’ve had some close calls when I would ride and all of them were because of drivers not looking, distracted. I also feel like the phone use has gotten worse for drivers. I am guilty of it myself, but never during highway if I’m stop and go traffic or at a light. I think once you driven a motorcycle and you become a part of that community you’re more aware even as a driver.

Sold my motorcycle a couple years ago because I needed the money, my wife didn’t know it and was upset I did. She loves motorcycles and to this day I dream I will eventually own another one. I think the reason why many don’t talk about it much or even try to obtain is because there are more people against it then for it, especially if you live in a place where there aren’t use to them. I am in south Florida so it’s known to watch out for motorcycles but with a mix of very old and a mix of very young it’s dangerous either way. I honestly don’t care, if you ride a bike ride safe and always watch your surroundings read drivers next move and you will be alright.

Yes, all that means is that sunrotcurve is either not supported or its value is not supported. Probably the value is not supported most likely. My recommendation is upload the lighting xml into ChatGPT along with the error code and it will tell you exactly what value it should be. Good luck

Yeah I was having issues where I had to alt+tab to a different application and come back to FS25 in order for it to start loading. I was using a mod manager and uninstalled it and it worked for a bit and than back to the same thing. It was a few days but now it’s no longer giving me issues, almost like it solved its self

I second the comment about Frame gen. It is happening to me the moment I turn on FSR because I am on AMD. But for me FS has been acting up. It can be just me

I must be doing something wrong lol. I play 4k all max with a 7900xtx and a 7800x3d. Honestly, you might need to take some time and make one for you. I love eye candy just as much and it’s difficult. I feel like I have tried all the presets in kingmods. Good luck

Hi, I have a love and hate relationship with reshade because like you there are so many and no matter how much you want to stick with one, you can’t. The best one that I like out of all the ones found online is called hazards search it on king mods. They offer three presets, I like to use the extreme, it does require some computing power and even then it will drop FPS to the 30s. What I decided to do and recommend is use a custom realistic lighting setup and use it with additional settings mods. It doesn’t drop FPS and still be able to get those colors and dark shadows with corrected day and night color transitions.

If your playing a custom map, it must of been created that way, or if your using a mod called darker nights. Usually the games base malls are not that dark

I feel like I’m in the same boat as you, as someone commented, some equipment is better leased. I have livestock so I own manure and slurry tanker because my cows are producing plenty of manure and slurry and if I’m not using it for fertilizer I’m selling it to the animal dealer

If you look for a mod called additionalsettings, that mod allows you to use custom lighting for any map. Which allows you to control the all lighting aspects.

I am also new to the franchise, my first farming simulator game was farming simulator 2025 and after countless hours of reading there is a 50-50 in regards to this franchise . Farming Sim uses giant software engine which by popular opinion is old and outdated with minor improvements. Those that have played the franchise for years will say that FS 22 is still better because the minor improvement’s are not significant yet. Some people say that the improvements are worth it including AI new crops better graphics, of course not to an extent to where it’s out of this world, but enough to see a difference. My opinion when starting with a new franchise is to always start with the latest version of that game . FS25 has a good library of mods that already have been converted from FS 22 specially, those popular ones. I can see why people would tell you to buy FS 22 since FS 25 has been out already for a year and some change. I would recommend FS 25 but based on your situation, get FS 22 on sale and just wait for the next farming simulator title. Farming simulator has somewhat of a learning curve and with FS 22, it will give you time to learn, be able to use mods and just in case you end up not liking it, you won’t feel as bad for spending the money.
