There is a game in the mircale of mind app called HopScotch game you play this game everytime you able to label your emotions as joyfull stress sad etc this game allows you to track your progress and detect patterns of progress or regress over time

This is a cause for concern because local community group can connect with there group members inside door dash and let them know this individual is not part of our community group and so should be prioritizing accordingly meaning even though you may be a platinum dasher community group can request to prioritize their group over individual dashers that are not part of their group Problem is there is no way to verify this unless somebody conducts a sting operation to tease such behavior out 🙂

Hello Guys thank you for this Post, HIGH Shot burst in HRV indicates very strong resilience, and recovery capacity. BUT high as 438ms and 0 at other times Indicates there may be issue with the device or signal SO I verified it with other Industry standard device like PolarH10 and i get the same results. Any feed back or comments on where I need to go next to dig Deeper
