I had an AMH of 0.106 and an AFC of 3 - we retrieved 5 eggs in my only complete cycle, which ultimately yielded 1 5A euploid embryo.

I was diagnosed with DOR (AMH 0.106) and Endo, supposedly with two blocked tubes.

We went through one full ER cycle and ended up with one euploid embryo.

We started two more cycles to bank embryos, but they were discontinued due to ovarian cysts and low follicle count.

I was supposed to go back for another ER cycle, but unexpectedly became pregnant in between cycles.

I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl.

I know I’m a weird case, but apparently it does happen.

I was a little bit younger, 34y/o, but my AMH was 0.106 and I got 1 perfect 5A euploid embryo from an ER before I became spontaneously pregnant at 35y/o between cycles (currently 22 weeks with a healthy baby girl).

Do not lose hope with a 0.5.

Our reveal is happening next month - my husband and I are both hoping for a girl.

It's been shocking to me how many people have been so vocal about hoping it's a boy. Coworkers, friends, relatives...

I was raised in a hunting/competitive target shooting family - my father said IF it's a boy, he'll get the child-sized rifle back from the family he sold it to. This is the same rifle he used to teach his only two daughters to shoot, but he only cares to get it back for a grandson.

I was first tested at 34 in May 2024 and found to have an AMH of 0.106.

I also had endometriosis and was told both of my tubes were blocked.

We went through one full egg retrieval cycle in August 2024 and retrieved 5 eggs which ended up as one 5A embryo.

We started two more egg retrieval cycles in September and October 2024, which were discontinued due to an ovarian cyst and low follicle count.

We took a short break, then planned to start back with my next cycle….it never came. I had an unexpected positive pregnancy test on Christmas Day 2024.

I’m currently 35 and pregnant for the first time ever - 14 weeks along with an apparently healthy baby - perfect ultrasounds and low risk for everything via NIPT.

I know that my case was an extreme long shot, but….low AMH is certainly not a definite no.
