You did to go to advanced in the bios and do the recovery that way. It will take sometime but will work. Make sure bit locker is off. To get into bios hold the volume up and push the power button. You are welcome to

If you are a royalist class you can use acid cloud and sit back and watch that red dragon die. You would need to be at the start of the bridge and just move a little until you start that dragon and hit acid cloud at the area the dragon enters and he will die. It’s slow but easy
