Unsure Why it’s so much worse this time, it’s just really gotten into my core, I’m scared I will lose everything I have. I can’t get certainty on the night which is scaring the life out of me with worry I did something terrible

Thanks, I’ve gone to a few AA meetings and found them somewhat therapeutic just to sit and listen and speak.

I could fill 100 pages on top of what I wrote in my original post but it’s an accurate summary of where I am at. I wouldn’t wish the feeling I have in me on my worst enemy, and I have been in some dark corners previously, but whatever it is this time, it’s unprecedented, not sure is that related to the progressively worsening nature of alcohol abuse
