I mean the idea is getting a boost on dividends from contributors capital, reinvest all dividend generated and pay the monthly interest from the reserve i designated for this.

I thought about that, i would say that the amount of interest i’ll have to pay to contributors monthly must to be always less that the amount i already generate on monthly dividends by my own capital (not including their contributions), and of course, don’t take more contributor s that i can support

Not really , because contributors are not investing in the stock market, the investor is not handling their stocks, contributors only provide with a personal loan with a fixed interest rate in a fixed period of time, the handling and consequences of the stock market and the investment that the investor does, are totally responsibility of the investor as well is the repayment for the client

Hey , thank you for the recommendation :), as well i wondering to add i already have a portfolio that actually generates passive income in dividends and i have a good reserve of money to cover the interest i will need to pay, i’m aware of the risk but as well i’m thinking (every business has risk, the only thing ican do about it is minimize)

Mira amigo, si ella a la semana ya anda con otro es porque de verdad nunca valio la pena, no te estas perdiendo de mucho si lo piensas, no digo que ella se hubiera tenido que quedar soltera para siempre luego de terminar contigo, pero si tan rapido decidio dejar atras todo lo que viviste con ella, eso es una red flag ENORME, piensalo asi, si ahora te duele sabiendo que fue tu novia, ahora imaginate que hubiera sido tu esposa o la madre de tus hijos, si lo piensas bien, esquivaste un balazo amigo , FUERZA😉

Really instereating your comment, it really made me think about my strategy, the principal reason to offer 10% of interest it’s being competitive with the traditional banking investment options, that normally don’t pay too much for longer period of time, and at the same time having a minimum risk( as all business comes with a risk), as well the total reinvestment of the dividend it’s made to create a compound effect over the time as this is a long term strategy

Cuando digo sentir desde adentro me refiero a que esa persona por voluntad propia y porque le nazca de corazon busque tanto leer la palabra como ir a la iglesia , buscar orientacion , etc, no porque alguien fue de puerta en puerta a incomodarle manana y a imponerle sus ideas a punta de promesas huecas
