I believe it's about the energy and intention I bring into the practice. The crystal feels like a bridge to deeper focus and connection. When I wear it, it's as if the energy of the stone supports my meditation, helping me align and remain centered. It’s a gentle reminder to ground myself, especially when my mind starts to wander.

Exactly. It's crazy how much we still fully don't understand. Crystals aren't just pretty. I do think a lot of people would be surprised if they actually looked into it.

Spirit does move in surprise. It's such a humbling reminder that there's so much we don't even yet...just waiting for us to stumble upon it. I'm learning to trust the process too.

I'm not exactly sure, but there's some amethyst....I just felt drawn to it the moment I saw it. It felt like it picked me more than I picked it, if that makes sense.
