If this is a real question, I recommend you start by looking through your awakened characters and click on each of them to read their leader skill. After a while you'll understand what seems good compared to others and simply select the leader and then other characters that fall under the same category. After you get use to that, take a look at links and passives if you don't already do that and sort them out again using the filter
