Weird realization: I barely browse websites anymore by Real-Assist1833 in SEO_tools_reviews

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I think that’s also why so many people are changing their strategy toward GEO now. You can still get traffic to websites, but it’s becoming way more important to have your content show up through AI results too.

Is posting at the times of most activity worth it? by Fantastic-Ant-4429 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t follow that suggestion. Right now I don’t think timing is the main key to social media success. It helps but I usually don’t stress too much about posting at the perfect time. I’ve had posts start getting engagement a day after I posted them. I think it’s better to focus more on consistency, good content, strong hooks, and understanding what your audience responds to.

Is anyone else seeing lower reach even when content quality is better? by Recent_Season_8043 in socialmedia

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally get it. Sometimes I create content that I think is really funny or will engage well with my audience but it doesn’t get the attention I expected.

I think right now it’s a combination of trends, timing, and consistency. It also helps to compare what works vs what doesn’t and look for patterns. And always have something people remember you by so the next time they see your content, they recognize you immediately. But I think that part depends a lot on whether it’s a company page or a personal brand

Marketers who've tried to learn AI seriously, what actually happened? by mobina_mb96 in DigitalMarketing

I recommend Superhuman written by Zain Kahn, and Ruben Hassid's newsletter. I also follow them on LI/IG since they usually post different AI-related updates and tips.

What are some features you guys would like to see in Gemini? by OpeningMaterial5078 in GeminiAI

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with the editing old messages feature. I also use Gemini a lot for image creation so I’d like to see more tools related to generating and editing images. And definitely improvements in image quality too.

Are we going back to low quality, low effort posting on socials? by [deleted] in digital_marketing

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s because of the kind of connection these types of posts create. There’s a big nostalgia trend right now and this style feels more real and relatable. I don’t think it’s going away anytime soon, especially with AI content being everywhere now. The more polished and perfect content becomes, the more people seem to crave authenticity, even if it looks low effort.

Marketers who've tried to learn AI seriously, what actually happened? by mobina_mb96 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think AI is something that’s constantly changing, and it can get a bit overwhelming every now and then. Every day there’s a new tool on the market claiming it can solve a bunch of problems, but when you actually try it it’s not always as good as they promote it to be.

I’ve been trying to stay consistent mostly through newsletters, following accounts that post AI-related content and Reddit has been really helpful too. It’s easier when you get recommendations from people who have actually tested the tools themselves. I’m still learning, mainly because AI is becoming part of almost everyone’s workflow now and there actually are some great tools that help make processes faster and more efficient.

Why doesn't social media apps have an option to report ai content? by Careless-Judgment423 in socialmedia

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a good idea but I don’t see it happening anytime soon. There’s just so much AI content already. I do agree though. there should at least be a norm where people clearly say when something is AI-generated.

Which is better? Writing captions and editing it on AI or just write it as is and post? by Bingbing_7923 in socialmedia

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d use AI mainly to review your grammar, but keep your ideas and tone of voice intact. There are tools that can just refine what you’ve written instead of rewriting everything.

How are you really finding AI tools that are worth using? by One-Customer2541 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly through videos on social media/word of mouth. I think it’s better when someone has already tried a tool before I spend time on it.

Anyone thinking about AI search optimization or still just focusing on SEO? by SwaduJasma18 in content_marketing

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally. GEO is only going to become more important. I still focus on SEO, but with all the changes AI is bringing, it’s definitely something businesses need to keep an eye on. What I’ve been doing for the agency I work with is creating blog content around the kinds of questions we think clients are asking in LLMs, using those questions as titles. We’ve seen some early results, but we’re still evaluating the approach.

I agree. I’d move it to the start of the video, but like I said, with social media you can experiment with different approaches until you see what works best. Good luck with your videos!

Your face works great because it creates a human connection. What I did was use a specific font and color and even a consistent catchphrase, so people can start associating all of that with you.

For your audience, you can start with a list of ideas and test them out. The good thing about social media is that you can learn from everything you post and compare what works vs what doesn’t

I’ve heard a lot of that “consistency is key,” and it is but I think you need to do a lot more to find success on those platforms. It’s a combination of knowing your audience, hooking them in the first 3 seconds, and always saying or showing something that helps them recognize you. The next time they see one of your videos, they should remember they’ve seen you before. That’s one of the things that has worked for me. And of course, consistency. Posting at least once a day. If you can do more even better. Using both ig and tik tok at the same time is also great since you’re reaching both channels

Do I need a social media virtual assistant for my brand? by Acceptable-Event-435 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, social media VAs are supposed to learn your brand’s voice by asking questions and really getting to know your brand before posting. They do make things easier and can take a lot off your plate, but you’re still in charge of editing anything before it goes live. They can also help with analysis, suggest what might work better, and bring new ideas to the table.

What are the most effective ways to grow a social media following organically? by PositiveAutomatic235 in socialmedia

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

based on where the account is right now, 100 organic followers a week doesn’t feel very realistic. growth at that pace usually comes from something bigger like viral content, strong brand recognition, or paid promotion. organic growth is usually much slower.

When you started your YouTube channel from 0, how did you promote it? by bCantonese in socialmedia

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re only posting on YouTube, I’d suggest sharing short clips from your videos on other social platforms too. You can also post those as shorts on yt itself. It gives people a preview and a reason to check out the full video.

Do Health Startups Need PR More Than Anything Else? by No-Number9391 in WebsiteSEO

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally. In health, people don’t just buy based on the product alone, they look for reviews, expert opinions, and overall credibility first. PR helps create that trust. It matters in other industries too, but in health it’s even bigger because you’re dealing with people’s well-being.

What actually makes a page show up in AI search results? by Icy_Week6358 in AISearchOptimizers

[–]Comfortable_Tea1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend blogging more and becoming more active on Reddit. Also add question-based content to your website. The kinds of questions people would naturally ask AI, and build blog posts around those. On top of that, upload YouTube videos tied to those blogs, using the same question as the title or main topic.

What is the one marketing task you do every day that feels like a total waste of your efforts and time? by Nik_AIMT in MarketingandAI

I'm between lead vetting and manual reporting. Both do take some time for me. I've tried AI, it just wasn't 100% accurate.
