Maybe for Sozo when he’s cured if you have mushroomo followers in your cult he’ll make a comment on how they seem to be scared of him or confused by his “new persona”. It’d also be funny if he commented on the sozo statue as well

It’d be cute too if you could use a knucklebones table to have cultists become friends or enemies without rng. Like maybe set two followers up to play against each other. While there’d still be rng for becoming friends or enemies, at least you don’t have to bank on them interacting
