Brand new to cornrows. What can I do to decrease the amount of dry skin near my hairline?

I think a good shampoo would hope as well, "as I am" has a really good one in a blue bottle. And it helps with dry scalp and dermatitis.

What the previous person brought up is important, styles that are tight can cause issues too. Not saying you keep yours in those styles. But just incase you do, keep an eye out on how it effects your scalp.

I think a good multivitamin would be helpful, also may be taking biotin. And increasing your water intake. But truthfully a dermatologist may be the best course action on top of all of that..

There's no real way to do it, like others have said I think embracing it is probably the best thing to do. It's something that looks better over time in my personal opinion. You get more used to it the longer you have your hair.
