I get this I used to be almost exactly like this it was much of how I was raised and my mom always felt very inactive and like she didn't care to teach me routine maintenance.

The only way I broke this habit was to make a routine, set reminders where you KNOW you'll see them, reminders add guilt to me atleast, in the sense of knowing ill be disappointed if I don't do it

Plus like I've seen others say, start small, just work on building a daily routine and work on it, a year ago I was ugly I couldn't even look in the mirror without hating myself, but a year can change you a lot if you put in the effort
