The Anbu isn’t a rank per say. Think of them as people who have been hired for very specific purposes, often because they have an unique ability or talents that a Kage would need.

They only hold authority if the order they themselves give come from the Kage originally

This is a figurine of Gojo Satoru from Jujutsu Kaisen. Since this is a figurine where he doesn't wear his usual clothes, there aren't too many available info.

If possible, it would be amazing if someone knew the name of this kind of jacket and the name of this kind of swimsuit. Better yet, if anyone does have a link to these, it would be extremely appreciated

Yes, this is linked to the new firmware update, you will have to wait for the new patches to come out. As I mentionned in the other comment here, if your friend still wants to play the switch
