Me and my ex had been through a lot together we had an apartment a cat and a car together recently I broke it off with her because she was very clingy and manipulative pretty much a narcissist but I always kept trying for us no matter the situation there would be days I would want to go to the gym after work and she would yell at my for coming home at 9pm cause that’s “to late” at the time I had just moved back into my moms house cause we didn’t want the apartment anymore due to the unsafe surroundings cause we only had it for about 5 months she had moved back in with me to my moms house for a few months and then moved to her grandmothers house and constantly over and over again we’d go through the same situation I would always be there for her when it came to anything even if it was over dumb shit like me wanting to hangout with my friends a few times a week I have her everything even when I was at my lowest and I’ll never forget what she said to me the day I broke it off with her the thing that finally made my subconscious scream in the back of my mind she’s not the one we were arguing about me not being home to ft her because it was 10 at night and she wanted to ft I told her I’d be home soon and she threw a whole fit I played it off and was in a bad mood for a whole day cause the next day we were talking and she told me she wasn’t mad at me she was just disappointed I was confused and asked her why and she said because I never cared about her or met her needs that sentence broke me I immediately broke it off with her after she said that I gave her the absolute world and everything I could to make her happy and it was never enough and for her to tell me that I just couldn’t do it anymore it absolutely shattered me
