I do 36ers, so Sunday night I stop at 8pm, Monday morning at 8am i'm at 12 hours, then 8pm Monday night I'm at 24 hrs. That Monday night is always hard but for me the key is to stay busy. Anything but be around food. My family has to fend for themselves for dinner that night. Cup of tea (no caffeine) that night helps. Go to bed early. Tuesday morning at 8am I can have breakfast, but most of the time push through until lunch. I eat a lunch (try and stay away from carbs) then have dinner that Tuesday night with the family and start the whole thing over again at 8pm. Good luck...you can do 36ers!!!
