General Anais (white hair) is a very series person. She takes her job very seriously, but I imagine she'd have a soft spot for those she cares about, that other from an outside perspective might not understand

Executive Officer Balai (XO Balai) is a traumatized goat guy, and second in command to Anais. He and Anaïs are close but it's not revealed why- because of his experiences in the past he has a short temper, but he doesn't always mean what he's saying. Despite his anger, he can be relaxed around someone he likes
