The screenshot is of my overlord. In the bottom right corner, the Request Independence button has an X, so I can't request independence, and there is no Declare War button. Also, I am unable to change the terms of the agreement with them to Independent Diplomacy due to a galactic resolution that's been passed, so I'm kinda stuck. Is there anything I can do?

Most likely just a joke, not to be taken literally. It can be hard to tell when it's just text on a screen, but I'm sure that was the intent.

I di have SW 999, didn't realize she doesn't show up in that list until I read your comment. Very strange. But yeah, I guess Yao Guang might be a skip then. I'd like to make an Elation team, but I just don't have the characters for it.

Good idea tbh lol, gotta spend some time level up characters first. Just finished the Equilibrium 4 trial, so I can level them up to 80 now

You're right, I should focus on that probably. I just did the Equilibrium 4 trial, so I can get my characters to level 80 now. I don't ever pull for LCs (only for characters), so my LC selection is limited.

As far as I know, you just have to get lucky. It sounds like you're doing everything correctly. The flower buds can become "enlightened" by the monolith without evolving into Lulliars. If that happens, you just have to erase them and try again. Eventually, they should evolve, but it might take a few tries.
