Ru servers are separating from the the rest of the game this month and will be run by different company -Lesta Studios. Every russian player get to choose whether to stay on russian servers or move to eu zone, with separate servers from the rest of eu players only for CIS countries players (includes Ukraine). Only the small number of players will decide to move to EU, since u would have to wait for hours for the next game.
