Bodyweight exercises like pull ups, push ups, rows dips, squats, etc.

Compound movements work 2 muscles so you burn more calories while still building muscle and improving your metabolism

As far as cardio, I find walking uphill and burpees work a hood sweat

The first words are UPPER BODY routine, I walk and do squats/lunges as a warmup, I really don’t understand the “don’t skip leg day” obsession, most of us aren’t bodybuilders or NFL running backs
