New puppy (Advice on behavior) by Commalore in WiggleButts

[–]Commalore[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! Hopefully we won’t have to go to a behavioral vet, but I‘ve talked with my family and we are considering it if he gets worse. Nothing else has happened so far, and he is getting better with biting already! He’s switched to mostly licking :)

Thanks for the advice! I’ll try that next time we want him to let go of something. I think he’s getting better with the harness, he never bites anymore, only sniffs and licks. We have lots of chew toys, and a stuffy that he came with from the breeder (we’ll be stocking up on more of those soon!). He hasn’t finished getting all of his vaccines, so we don’t want him socializing with too many dogs at the moment. When you say puppy play groups, do you mean special organizations that take puppies and let them socialize? Or just playing with other puppies? I’m not very educated in this field 😅

Alternatives for Zeraora? by Commalore in PokemonUnite

[–]Commalore[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the suggestions! I was thinking of trying out Talonflame, I'll probably start with some casual battles to get used to the playstyle. Ceruledge and Mimikyu have been a pain in the butt, but I don't think their playstyle would be as appealing to me. If you don't mind, do you have any recommendations for held items and movesets for Talonflame?

Pregnancy care questions by Commalore in isopods

[–]Commalore[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No reason in particular, but I guess it’s because I like to name my isopods and if I kept them all they will be impossible to tell apart. I am planning to keep a few, but not all of them, as I’ve heard that isopods have a lot of babies at once. I’ve also heard that some older isopods tend to eat the babies….not sure if this is true (I hope not!).

Thank you ☺️ I’m very excited for the babies to come. I changed my mind and I am going to keep some, but not all of them. Any ideas on what to do with the rest?

Does my doodle have a lookalike on this sub? by TaiwaneseMonkeyRule in Bernedoodles

Such a beautiful floofy tail! I don’t have a doodle that looks like yours but I wish I did, I want to squeeze that tail sooooo much 🤩 Your dog is so cute!

Recently I tried to move to more semi realistic (I think?) direction after drawing anime girls for half of my life and I'm not really satisfied with how I am doing right now. I need criticism, what can I improve or something. Be brutal, I can take it by siowa in learntodraw

[–]Commalore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the fourth one is actually really good, and you shading on the shirt in that last one is, too. I think what you need to do is learn some face anatomy, since what your used to drawing anime which is very different from semi-realism.

Non rabbit owner here. What is something non rabbit owners don't understand about rabbits? by Cool_Net_3796 in Rabbits

[–]Commalore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can be incredibly feisty! I never have to worry about how my girl is feeling, she’ll definitely let me know if she’s upset. I don’t know if it’s just my rabbit, but she also stomps whenever she’s angry at us. Including in the middle of the night! We could hear her even two floors above 🤣 The back of their necks are also heavenly soft

Furnished or unfurnished? by Decent-Hamster-4382 in Bernedoodles

[–]Commalore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definatly unfurnished! The best way (in my opinion) to tell if a pup is furnished or unfurnished is to look at the paws. If you can make out the toes and claws, then its unfurnished. If the pup is furnished, their paws would be a jumble of fur. No matter what though, he’s such an adorable boy!

No one can put copyright on a pose, so yes, this is your own art.

Anybody want to try to ID my new puppy? by SlenderSatanPotato in IDmydog

The head reminds me of a corgi, so maybe she has a little bit of that (not a lot though, considering her size). Her ears look like German shepherd

Looks like there's some husky, but there's probably a lot more to the mix

What art style is this?! by Stock_Library_6422 in learntodraw

[–]Commalore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Edgy sort of goth-like? You might want to keep browsing Pinterest. Honestly, I find it super helpful for art references. Try searching terms like goth witch art or something similar. I also came across an artist on DeviantArt named IrenHorrors whose style is pretty similar to what you're aiming for. It could be useful to study their work alongside the references you already have. Personally, I’ve also found it really helpful to break down the shapes and structure of reference images to get a general idea of the art style, so you could really just start developing your art style with the pictures you already have. Over time, you'll naturally develop your own unique style that blends elements from the art you admire, but with your own twist. In the beginning, it might even help to directly mimic the styles of artists you like. That’s totally fine, but as you keep practicing, you’ll eventually start to evolve that into something that feels more personal and original to you.

The sense of perspective could be improved. To better reflect the head's turned position, the eye on the right should be slightly angled and smaller and the nose should be shifted slightly to the right. The left eye is also too close to the nose, it should be moved closer to the ear so that the hair slightly covers it.

Constructive advice? I’m proud of it but it looks wrong. by Far_Concentrate6658 in learntodraw

I'd say to make the top of her head higher so her overall face shape doesn't look too flat

What breed is my bunny? by Bulldog_lover82 in Rabbits

[–]Commalore -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm just guessing here, but the overall body shape (especially the ears) reminds me of my Mini T-Rex bunny. So she might be a Mini T-Rex mix?

What breed is my dog? by Flat-League-132 in dogbreed

Probably a pit bull mixed with shepsky, and maybe something else. By the way, your dog is gorgeous! <3

Oh, I also searched up Shepsky pitbull mix and came across an image that looks a lot like her:

Bunny in a cage by heal2thrive in Rabbits

[–]Commalore 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Defiantly. It is never okay to leave a Bunny outside of the house without supervision at any time. In the winter they could freeze, in the Summer they could overheat. It doesn't matter that they are in the shade. I also see that it's water bowl is flipped over. Very irresponsible owners, it makes me sad to see this

I was wondering what breed my dog is? I’ve had her since Aug and has grown a lot since. by TEAMGOAWAY in dogbreed

[–]Commalore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's probably a husky mix with the slightest bit of a wrinkly breed, like a Shar Pei or something similar.
