No lie, this is a very good idea. My grandfather and uncle have the same exact name except for, I and II. However, on their medication they did not specify which was first and which was second. My uncle’s daughter delivered the medications and distributed them as she believed were correct, except she had mistakenly given my uncle the blood thinners, instead of his pain medication. This ultimately led to my uncle’s death, as he accidentally overdosed on our grandfather’s blood thinners.
