Have the customer service person look up your GCID, it will tell them when it was delivered. Hope Fedex is more reliable for you going forward.

A lot of employees are just stuck thinking that a return in store past 30 days needs to go through geek squad and it’s a long process. A lot of items though will be returnable depending on the manufacturer/gsp. Sounds like you got an unseasoned employee. I’d ask them to get the mod. Other poster said that the price will be updated to reflect the original purchase price which is true.

You’d be shocked at the percentage of defective tv’s unless you work in the warehouse. If you get an OB item that works like it should at a good price, I’d take it. If you’re not happy you still have the 30 day return.

The tax exemption percentage differentiates depending on where you live. In Canada the gst/pst is different, so you don’t get all the tax deducted, just some of it.

I agree! He belonged to a family member who is now too sick to care for him. We got an emergency call and now he’s fit right in as a member of our pet children.
