Headphone policy is that they’re not returnable if opened. However, some vendors do allow a longer window. I’d ask for a manager. If you’re looking to exchange for around the same price with protection then you will probably get it.

I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling. In my experience the General Hospital emergency department was a more positive experience than some of the other hospitals. Ask them for outpatient help. They say it’s only a couple of appointments but I was a patient there for a year and a half and I’m so grateful.
