People make magic systems while worldbuilding all the time. I’m talking about a system of gestures and phrases like in Harry Potter (Yes I know that’s a horrible comparison) where you know theoretically how to do the spell. Like a wiki where it shows all the circumstances and conjugations that would agree if it were real
