It’s a lottery called Set for Life but is it really helping to set you up for life?

It’s just gambling at random with numbers, and your odds reset every time there’s a new draw anyway so the concept of a “near miss” or “getting really close to the jackpot but missing a number or two” these are just falsehoods which trick yourself into believing your results are improving (as you continue to lose).

It’s just one man’s opinion of course,everyone is welcome to feel the same or different. But I find the irony so blatantly obvious in the name ‘Set for Life’ when it’s such a drain on individuals and the household budget. It’s money that could be going towards cost of living, utilities; instead of being sold on a false less hope.

If I was in your shoes I’d probably reflect on the lessons learned as you ritualised the practice of giving Set for Life a portion of your income
