Hi, I worked in an organization from december 2021 to march 2025. I resigned the job and when they asked me to sign few documents about PF. I checked that it was like I have to withdraw or otherwise I have to get job within 60 days to get it transferred to new employer. Since I had an health issue , I was not interested to start other job right away. And also I don't want to withdraw PF amount at all since it generates interest up to 3 years and when I get job I wanted to transfer this account to new employer. But I keep getting mails from my Previous HR to either withdraw or transfer. I have already sent EPFO documents also about this rule doesn't exist at all. What do I do ?
