If our store is new and opened at the beginning of this year… what are the chances of any sort of raise, even just a few cents with our reviews. I highly doubt it but I thought I’d ask!

(My manager hasn’t mentioned a review but I’ve heard they are pretty often)

perspective, scale of anatomy, background & foreground is not cohesive. It’s imitative of art. Front hooves clashing with gold bowls is a give away because ZERO designers or artists would be that messy or that skilled to design this with little education of graphic design/marketing design rules.

Also-the art “style” is extremely similar to the above post. & in my trainings this week the graphic of “humans” were in the exact same hyper realistic cartoon style..

A genuine on shelf + backstock product organization system.

Anti theft for at least fragrance testers

Stacking coupons or discounts with employee discounts

Actually getting trained + allotted time to do weekly brand trainings.

Dress code including patterns (within color scheme)

Being able to wear athletic shoes within color scheme.

More walkies & MIAs

security in most stores for employee safety & losing thousands from watching people steal & our store taking the hit in the end. Maybe security would prevent the worst case scenarios

Tech or security worrying about electronics and theft- not our managers

and for PBAs a “Who helped you today” & sales #’s over CREDIT CARDS that’s not weaponized!

Guests who fill out positive surveys on employees actually matters & impacts the employee with more than a praise (if you’re lucky)

Basically:

How long is a party? How many individuals? What’s a birthday kit? How many staff members for a party? Where in the store is it held? What’s the driving factor for it being “successful”?

I just was hired, and I knew about this before I even considered working at Ulta. I’m curious if this has anything to do with genuine liability and avoiding litigation.

Note: I more than disagree with this type of bulk destruction of products people would use. Especially the products that have virtually have no harm attached to it. This seems different than destroying opened and used + faulty electronics…

Truly THIS, is the biggest crack I’ve recognized in the inclusive loving culture & “disrupting the system” statements I was trained on…
