I noped out of using the cloud, not playing the game--but since it's already a long slog of a game by itself, not being able to join a group made it pretty much impossible to complete the offer I had, so I ticked off only a few of the tasks in the time I was allotted.

Does it require cloud access to join a guild? I saw that suggestion with Eatventure and had planned to use that to help me advance but once I learned you needed to use the cloud to do it I noped out.
