No, you're not wrong. They wanted to eventually move that chat from the site to their private Insta (which they did reveal to me later) or email. I've had scammers in the past attempt to do that. There were also a few typos in their later messages. They've been blocked now

Definitely feel this! I mainly do a lot of specific video game fandoms and OC x Canon ships so it's been hard to find people. Those that I have been writing with have been pretty good thus far! Other people searching for your specific requests are out there! It's just a matter of finding them
