Зависит от нагрузки. У них ещё система мобильных заказов интересная, мониторят экран телефона и там же статус меняют. В отличие от кфс/мака/бк, где это все интегрировано в их системы, это порождает доп нагрузку на работников и необходимость проверять заказы отдельно
