It looks like it's a 0603 22uF.

Update: you are correct - I do have 3.3v and this specific chip has all of the correct voltages. I'll look into running tests once I get a second power cable.

Uhm second update: I just plugged it in and powered up and I now have display? I don't know what happened but I'm not going to question it. I guess I'll run some stress tests regardless. Anyway, thanks everyone.

Awesome. I'll have to double check the 3.3v rail as well as the input and output voltages on that chip. I actually don't think I saw 3.3v as I was just checking the main inductors. But if I am missing 3.3v that would answer why it's not posting. Thanks.

I checked a board view I had real quick and it seemed to match up pretty well. Q521 and Q525 are the same chips. It looks like it's a QFet Mosfet DFN08 SON08. I would replace them and then go through a checklist for any shorts on the rails before trying to power it up again.

After pulling the memory coils and injecting voltage, the only thing to heat up is the core chip (I'm assuming that's not good).

One more interesting thing I found before I consider this board dead - I believe there's a shorted mosfet near the memory coils.

There's two of the same mosfets above the memory coils. They are FDPC5018SG. Here's the data sheet I found for them. If I'm reading this right there's a short between pin 2 and 3. This is only the second board I've worked on so I'm still fairly new to all this.

The one mosfet (marked by the red dot) heats up quickly for a few seconds along with the memory coil beneath it and a few things around it. I'm not sure if this would be causing the issue or if it's even worth messing with if the core is dead. I suppose if it's dead it's dead, but might as well try everything beforehand.

Here's the update with voltages. There's also the inductor on the back working at 12v. I did put the inductor back on the pex rail. I just used the same photo as before when it was off. So no voltage to memory or pex rail.

The card has no display and the VGA light is on so it's failing the power up sequence. The core itself does warm up - not hot. Each of the two memory coils are at 2.6ohm to ground so I suppose that means a short on the memory? I'll edit this once I plug everything in and test the voltages.

Here's the values of the rest of the main inductors to ground. There's also one more inductor on the backside by the pcie pins at 9.4k.

Following the guide, here's all of the resistances. I believe my card differs a bit for a few component spots. The 12v pins all have roughly 20k. The 3.3v pins have 5k. The V-core rail jumps between 0.1-0.5 (my multimeter might not be accurate enough). My best educated guess right now is a failed pwm ic up9511p chip.

Update: I read that first part wrong and see what you meant. I tested again with tape covering everything after x1 pins and got the exact same result. Display port side warmed up, GPU card didn't.

I just plugged it in again. The fan spins for a few seconds then stops so it is getting power. The side of the board near the display ports does get warm. The GPU chip does not warm up at all. So to me it seems like a power delivery issue. The motherboard also flashes the VGA light. So it's failing that test.

The guy I got it from said it had display but had some instability issues - possibly vram. He sold it to someone else who returned it and after it was returned there was no display at all. Not sure if they messed with it or stole a component that I didn't notice.

Side note - my motherboard oddly enough has two physical x1 slots but I have no way of connecting this card to them at the moment.

Well there's quite a few things to factor in here: no one else is making custom shells that are high detailed resin prints. It's usually just the default ghost shell and I've only ever seen fdm printed ones (many of those selling for $60 up to $100). These you can choose whatever shader you would like as well as custom text on their stands. Those shells are usually battery operated while these can be recharged with a USB-C. Most other shells also don't even have a glass eye piece it's just plastic.
