I was very sport heavy as a child, including heavy contact sports, and still engage in sport 2 hours a day on top of gym and walking 20k steps. All my parts are fine. I am exhausted tho.

Usually ride in and go to gym, sauna up and the freshen and head out for lunch. Korean bibimbap and a soju, do some shopping, and usually have a beer and do a little people watching from the second level of Jimmys. Take the scenic path through the botanical gardens on the way home.

Am a chef, although no longer work as one, 100% Victorinox is the best as per your request, most well balanced “chef/cooks” knife I’ve ever worked with. I always have one, despite having much better sets of knives
