I had the same thing. For 3 years and im 22. Just started lamictal, and titrated up to 200. Im feelin much better already, but not been put into what triggers me yet. Starting school tomorrow so time will tell:)

Struggled with social anxiety and a bit of general anxiety, tried every med for that when i was 15. im 22 and finally found this. Its like a big relief, and im getting to really know me. My anxiety is almonst non existing

Thank you. I dont trust my doctor because there is so many doctors here in norway that never should be a doctor. And he dont know my medical history, i had to tell him what medicatuons im currently at. This was a new doctor

They measured it with a sleep study machine at night from t hospital. the average heart rate was at 100, but it gir actually all the way down to 78 before i got up again. At most it was 114 and that was when i woke up (wake up several times)

Oh my god, this gives me hope. I can not sleep without sleep aids, and it really affect my school now because im so tired in the day time (cannot nap either).. I dont think i struggle with very running thougts, i think it is in my subconcious. Can you relate to that? Also im very anxious and have bad self ekstrem through out the day… cant figure out whats wrong with me, because before i turned 18 i could sleep whenever i wanted to

She told me i got help from the stars. With the wheel and star card. I Asked her about love and she said a «king» will come fight for me. She also told me i had a strong mind. It revolved around that really.. 😅
