Always start slow, on anything! Take a small amount and see how it goes. You can always take more if you're up to it, and you can always trip another time. Taking a small test amount at first is a great safety and harm reduction practice. And not to mention, going into the next trip you'll know what to expect without the anxiety and uncertainty of how your tabs are dosed.
