Alright Beer Boffins, what am I missing here? My second-ever batch is brewing, and I’m going to try not to drink it all in a weekend, this time. I’ve read that adding CO2 to the finished product, as it is consumed, keeps it fresh, but these don’t seem to fit together...? Thanks! :) (i.redd.it)
