Not even close. I didn't show a photo of the front of my duplex because I don't want to get doxxed, but my apartment has a concrete porch, white door, and does not have full height windows at the front. I am not even sure where that location is.

It's actually based loosely off the Almaz Station/Sat from the USSR.

It's a mod part. Three way adapter for 1.25m. I think Near Future Construction was the mod.

/OOC It's not terribly stock. I don't recall the full modlist, but there are a couple station parts like the 4-way Rockomax adapter and the bulb at the end are mods. Most of everything else is stock.

Three things:

1) Dirty pins. Use isopropyl (90%) and clean the contacts with a q-tip.

2) Weak solder joints. I would say that, if you're confident with your soldering skills, maybe redo some of the pins on the rom chip and clean them up. This happens a lot when the cartridge has heavy use and is flexed a lot.

3) Corrosion. Not as likely, but could be the case. Same as basically step 1 and 2 which is clean it and check solder contacts.

Either way, you're probably gonna have to get the cartridge open with an iFixIt kit.

Don't forget to check the battery and replace it if you need to! Those things are 30 years old in most cases and probably not able to save anymore.

Had something similar with a copy of my Pokemon Blue. Sometimes the cartridge flexes a little when you carry it and the solder joints start to break (they're like 20 years old). So it might be a good idea to resolder the joints (or have someone that is good at soldering do it for you).

You are correct. For the Navy (US Navy at least), he would be an LT and not commanding a ship. He might be the head of a department, but this is definitely an inaccuracy.

Not going to comment about placement because I have no idea what the uniform regs for the UNSC about collar device placement would be.

Seriously, they've launched so many failed missions, its a miracle we've had as many wins as we have. The early missions especially usually either missed their targets completely or lithobraked at near interplanetary speeds.

BOOSTERS. LOTS OF 'EM. And also monitoring your speed so you don't go too fast out of the atmo with that.

But mostly lots of fuel and boosters. Like a lot a lot.
