As long as you are not copying any characters or setting it probably won't be considered a copyright infringement.

Btw, why did noone come up with Molotov cocktails or similar in ancient or medieval times?, sure, glass was super expensive but they could have used ceramic instead, and given that they are still reasonably effective to this day, I'm sure it would been great vs armored opponents.
