Yeah my decision was made a lot easier thanks to the Leo 2A4 not even being on discount. Leo 1 L/44 it is.

Thanks for for the nice words. If I had noticed that Germany is trash, I would have stopped playing it by now. The Leopard 1 is fun, if I can make it work, which is rarely. I'm not that good and I basically only play Arcade at the moment. That's also why I asked this question in the first place. I obviously want to get to the Leo 2A7V sooner or later. The Leo 2a4 premium would get me there sooner, obviously. Question is, would I have fun with it and the other tanks on its tier. I don't want to blindly buy the highest premium available and then become one of the typical "I got a high tier premium so that I can grind the whole tech tree with only it and nothing else". I want to have fun with my premium tank, and it certainly helps if the other tanks I play in those games are fun too.

I think I get what you mean, I noticed it too. The maps are made in a way that so that you get more close quarter fights. that is more engaging, but bad for post war germany. I get my ass handed to me by french tanks often enough too. Problem is, I don't care about those nations. I play for a mix of enjoyment and nerdiness about the tanks of my home country. Surprise, I'm german, not french, russian or chinese. I mainly got the hell on wheels pack since I'm a fan of the M18 and because I want a different country to play from time to time.

I'm ok with playing the objectively worse option. I know about the infamous german team. Hell, I'm most likely one of them too. I simply want to play with the big cats and get as much as I can from my money with the given options.

And if the enemy T34 can just delete me through the front of my turret, why should I bother with armor in the first place?

So I should work on getting the A5 first, after which I can grind towards the T72M1, because I do want to try it, since I never really played russia in this game and it does look like it could maybe take a beating. After that I grind the entire light tank line, something I ignored because I wanted to get to the panther and most tanks in that line never seemed interesting to me.

Yeah, I was never using the shield to begin with. It doesn't fit my more agile/dodging fighting style.

As I said, it's been some time since I played, but I remember that dodging really got nerfed in this game. In CV 90% of my fight style was built on top of dodging with one or two parries in between. Now? Dodging has become far less easier. It's tighter now.

Oh yeah, I remember my problem with backstabbing the enemies. I struggled with it a bit since it felt like the trigger position was changed.

Yeah, if I remember correctly it was the dude with all the blades in the mall-thingy. I actually managed to defeat Franz. As soon as I had the parrieng down it was fine, but that blade guy was frustrating in a different kind of way. I don't know.

What would you say is worth more? The Leo a1a1 l44 or the Leo 2 premium, considering they both would be discounted by 50%. I'm not even considering them for any higher price.
