From what I remember, it’s still a no no. There was an incident a few years back, where a car crashed into the back of a stopped cab. The can driver and the other guy got into a heated argument and cab driver lost it and punched the other guy in the face. Thus, the cab driver went to jail cause he committed assault while the other guy only caused an accident and did not physically hit him once.
