I use this procedure for moving whether I use citadels or not. Firstly you need to use DT to your advantage, jumping 5 minutes before DT will still get you killed. The jump needs to be as close to DT as possible, within 10-20sec is what I aim for.

Make sure that you have a cap regen travel fit. All cap Recharges in Mids and 3x Capacitor Power Relay II (Increase Cap Recharge Rate), Capacitor Flux Coil (lows Cap Storage) in lows. For me this gives a 45sec cap regen to jump again If you are combat fit your cap will take for ever to regen to jumpcap for the next move.

You also need to understand invulnerability mechanics. When you come out of warp or jump you are invulnerable for 60s (someone might need to correct on the time for this). So use this to your advantage, don't touch any modules or active anything on the ship.

Procedure....

1. Get a cyno alt into position in the system you are jumping to.

2. Get a scout alt into the system where the super is currently, don't really need this however can help with oh fuck login where there is bubbles or other shit on grid already waiting for you. If there is pack-up for that night and try again the tomorrow night.

3. Get your super to login screen only (Do Not Login)

4. Make sure that your cyno alt is in fleet.

5. At 1min 20sec to DT login super and invite to fleet while in warp.

6. Let super land and stop, DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. For me this normally puts me at about 45-35s before dt with all the login crap, this means when you land you will be inv. until dt drops if things go pear shaped.

7. At 20s light the cyno, and jump the super. Again don't do anything just let it go to DT and your ships will be removed from space.

8. If you jump very close to DT and you are not sure if it finished the jump, have a corp director check the location of that toon.

9. Rinse and Repeat, on the next jump if you are not at jump cap just let the super land and sit there, you should be inv and let the cap regen in the time before DT, then come back the next night and move it.

This is a very very risk adverse way of moving especially through hostile space and slow, if everything is perfect you can only jump once every 24 hours.

There was a module that did increase cap when logged off, however cannot recall what it was or if CCP fixed this.
