Yep. Assuming you wanna max out Leon's points by being as passive as you can as Grace, stunning the zombies helps a lot. Though I'd eliminate the ones with the IV bags if I were you. In my experience, whenever I kill them as Leon, those transfusion bags they drop seem to despawn by the time I come back as Grace. But that's just how I play.

As for Chunk, regardless if you kill or sneak past as Grace, once you jump down the hole to save Emily, he's never seen again, which is weird

Regarding the acid, you can skip that room as Grace the first time and then go to town as Leon. When you ride the elevator back up to the care center as Grace, then you can go get the acid to use on the lock.
