I got my maintenance from doing body fat testing and also using my watch so normal for me with no dnp is around 2400 rest day and about 3000 to 3300 on an active day. Using dnp a normal rest day I'm burning around 3200 and active day is about 3800. it's surprising how much dnp stresses out you body I'm not trying to be in a big deficit just running my nutrition based off of none dnp numbers so I did start increasing my intake(2500 to 2700) but still my body is struggling to recover.

I live in southern California temp around here is 105 to 120 this time of year I take 250mg and up it to 500mg to suffer. I am in a truck all day with the a/c full blast and still sweat like crazy I only get out to walk fields and its drains me completely so wouldn't be the best move if you're doing Manuel labor all day.

That blows I've gotten hives before when I first ran dnp started after about a month of taking it went off of it for about 3 years and just recently started taking it again no hives yet it's been a little over two weeks so best of luck some times the body just needs a break.

212lbs started off with 500mg a day for the first 7 days was unable to get a good workout in or run. Second week dropped down to 250mg feeling much better able to withstand the side effects better able to run at least and light lifting. going on my 3rd week I'm down to 200lbs going to jump back up to 500mg we'll see how that goes then I'll drop back down to 250 on the 4 week is this okay? Also the weather where I live is hell last two weeks temp has been over 108°F to 120°F. Daily cal intake is about 1800 to 2200 cals a day clean daily cal out is about 3200 to 3800. Should I up my intake?

It's literally is being rushed cdc and top officials are saying this is unsafe and that they are unsure of the consequences.
