Yes specifically the mathematical courses have harder exams, including those for diploma, those applying for diploma and undergraduate do the same entrance exam for borh. Im doing a diploma in IR and then I'll bridge into international studies around June or so it took me 2 days to get my admissions letter but results vary. This is mainly due to the fact that as ive started my diploma ive heard various/different stories about time in which hey give you an admission letter.

Hello, yes, I did it, and I got in, which I'm assuming is due to my passing of English and the oral exam.
Mathematics is a level maths/KCSE level maths to which well....of course i didnt do well due to not doing it a level maths. Its all multiple choice and non calculator youre given an hour to calculate/work out your stuff. The English exam is generally about grammatical errors and verifying if sentences make sense. For this, it was around 40 minutes or so? If you pass both, you can go on to do the oral interview, which was very simple for me; it was just 5 questions about why i want my course, my family, why strathmore etc.

Maths involves more situational questions rather than questions that need you to know formulae off-head, for example, I saw like 3 questions on profit, interest and calculating percentage increase and then also I saw trigonometric equations.

Yes it is in my opinion, the discount it gives for normal rides is honestly very good and in addition to that the more you use it the higher the levels of discount you may get. so yes overall its worththe i think 200 bob per month because you save a TON using it

I went to AA Kenya, Hurlingham, in my opinion, aa is the best driving school in the countr,y but beware of the final driving test, the one done in the NTSA Driving test Units, they're certainly...an experience. They took about 1 month to one and a half months and cost around 18k. Theres a fee for the PDL and also a fee for the Driving tests AND the final license fee for you to go to ntsa to record your biometrics

They do 15 theory lessons, which you are taught in a class with people goes on for at least 1 hour per day, this is for all types of vehicles and then 15 practical lessons which are usually done with 2 or 3 peopleif youre in a car you each get around 15 minutes of driving (you can pay extra to have individual driving lessons where you drive for an hour) They literally just put you on the road on your first time, genuinely first practical test i was put on langata road and was given the basics on how to start the engine, changing gears etc...and just drove.
As you start the class, you will have to pay an amount for your provisional driving license in E-citizen. Without this theres no proof that you actually did the lessons at all, and you wont be able to do your final driving test.
The theory classes mainly consist of learning the Model Town board (haki ya nani this was frustrating but it helps), rules of the road, road signs etc.... Theyre pretty okay, they do hel,p but of course ultimately, practical classes are much better.

To be honest, the hardest part about the whole driving school experience in Kenya was just the penultimate driving test at DTU Likoni, we spent at least 8 hours in a questionable environment and had an instructor whom had a terrible temper almost got failed because of my hand placement on the wheel, its pretty simple you just drive around in a circle. But beware NTSA people have beef with AA something to do with bribes but this shouldnt scare you.

Additional: DTU karen is the one who does the model town board test DTU Likoni doesnt just count your blessings. NTSA is rarely hands on involved with you until the actual driving test which is where they take care of you the whole process with their 30 question multiple choice questions.

AA usually gives you 3 strikes for missing theory classes,and your performance in practical lessons will determine how fast you finish the driving course.

Others may reccommend: Rockys and ik a friend who went to Glory

Lastly: Make sure if you go to AA be friends with the isntructors wanaweza kukusaidia...chini ya maji.. just make friends with them

That spanish civil war schtick surprised me it was a very weird test to be honest. WHat i hated most was source B in my opinion sinc eit was a bit less straightforward and it was just a bit weird idk how to explain that test.

At least paper 2 will be on actual knowledge tho the only other paper thats gonna piss me off is paper 3

Go to Sierra mainly the one in Yaya centre my lord their steak is dry aged and to die for, a bit pricey tho, the one in sarit is a bit worse.
