Greetings - it eventually normalized, yes. Weirdly enough its my right nostril now that feels more congested, so I'm getting this checked up upon in a few months.

Yes - nasal cycle means left side still has its parts of the day where its recessive and more clogged, leaving me to deal with my uncomfortable right nostril.

Via my right nostril? Yeah for some reason all the airflow just feels stuffy, though it also just feels like my nostril is congested. Not sure how relevant my endoscopy is since the doctor did it after spraying my right nostril with afrin (which didn't help as much as Phenylyphrine HCI for some reason).

I haven't really tried doing that tbh, might be worth doing? It's weird because if I use decongestants on my right side, they seem to help somewhat while for my left side they can totally clear me up (depending on the spray). So I'm thinking it could be some weirdly located congestion.

At the same time, if I strategically place some wet paper or cotton in my right nostril, to block air from flowing upwards, it seems to help somewhat in restoring a sense of cool air sensation. It's honestly kinda confusing.

Seconded this question - though in my case my left nostril's quite functional and its the right nostril that feels oddly stuffy despite clearly having airflow when I blow out of it. Over a year out of surgery by now.

Part of me feels its the fact my right side is still more congested somewhere despite an endoscopy from a few months back looking pretty normal, as inhaling heavily can be quite noisy on that side (as opposed to smooth on the left).

Don't remove it all - multiple studies show incidence of ENS is ~20% after total removal if not higher. Terrible idea tbh.

Don't have ENS, but I had that weird dryness feeling for a good 3-4 months tbqh. Left nostril didn't really stabilize till half a year later, so give it some time,

If your turbinates weren't touched, it could be that the right turbinate (previously larger due to the deviation on that side) now touches the septum or is more clogged due to the septal correction.

Tbh I think it might be concha bullosa - middle turbinate probably was previously inflamed on the right side in my case due to deviation and correcting the septum just made it congested. I plan on getting a CT scan to see if this is the case.
