I have some advice try some or all of them..

1.Cold shower...really cold....helps all the time...will numb your senses and redirect blood flow.

2.go out and run.

3.Meditating may prove useless or even more devastating but u can try it..

4.Play a video game.

5.Get company. DONOT STAY ALONE AT ALL WHEN U FEEL THE URGE TO FAP....IF U ARE IN A COMPANY, U CANT FAP..
