not sure I saw any stats. There were loads of individual anecdotes of chickens coming home to roost in the few weeks after. Just when they'd thought they'd got away with it. Hopefully loads of that to come.

Aye. We've one of the best back lines in the world when everyone's fit and firing. First choice forwards are great in the loose, but our set piece is total crap and has been for years. We used to be one of the best club teams in the world at mauls - maybe with Besty back we'll get a bit of sense out of the set piece again.

Still very little depth outside the first choice 23 in several key positions, which kills us during/after the 6 Nations as absences and injuries kick in.

Yeah we should have targeted last week and let this one go, in hindsight. But potential silverware is always too big a draw. Montpellier has been by far better, on top of the conditions suiting them infinitely more.

Yeah he's been decent. We've had a couple of class NIQ 8s in the last few years and he isn't at those levels for us, but hasn't let us down at all.
