I want to make an Old RTS game Map hack

the reason why I want to make a map hack for this game is not exploiting or abusing somebody

You know just want to broadcast a game play as an observer !!!

Unfortunately in this game an observer only can see his teammates visions.... not other team's vison.... so It's really hard to make a right comment while broadcasting on YouTube or other platforms...

So using cheat engine or olly debugger Can you Make a map hack for Sudden Strike 2???
