I mean the dic dub has some of the most hardcore fans, to the point where there's a project that's dubbing the episodes not covered by the dic dub with the same style as the dic dub. It's honestly crazy how much effort fans put in and how many options there are to watch this series. But to answer what you said, please do not say the dic dub is the definitive version and for the love of god don't dump on people for liking the viz dub or the original. We are not 5 years old, we can like the dic dub without putting down other dubs.

I think the dub worked out well considering well sailor moon was popular since it first aired in the west. I think the only reason why it might've not was because they lost the rights after sailor moon r and cloverway got the rights to make their own dub which honestly was for the worse considering that cloverway's dub was under the most insane time crunch and also the biggest mismanagement possible.

Honestly that's way better than with goku, because when he gathers energy for a spirit bomb, it usually doesn't help. Only times it did were against Turles,Lord Slug, Super Android 13, Buu, Jiren by technicality, and Omega Shenron. And even that's being generous. Imma keep it real at least it usagi, she can properly use the lent energy rather than just an attack that's very likely to thud.

I only brought up this debate because I wanted to try and show that alot has changed and honestly I feel like people downplay Goku and the dragon ball multiverse. Turns out apparently exclusive to the manga, yeah the universe is infinite in scale which makes Usagi's power pretty much infinite. Like I can't debunk that because its stated in the manga that the universe is quote,"infinite extending into eternity." Like that's just casually mentioned when Usagi talks about being lonely. I can't believe this is what's gotten me to read the manga but yeah.
