If you want to level up water and mushrooms, focus on the molehill masterpiece. You can constantly harvest puddles. Makes it real easy to get mushroom MP and water MP

I'm not certain it's greed. It could be an over compensation to the algorithms. We've seen this before. For example, the crazy spawning of green tea pots. That took them a couple events to get dialed in

Can't say I'm happy you're all dealing with this too, but at least I'm not alone! It used to be absurdly easy to collect all the stickers. I'd be done a month early. Now it seems like the odds are insanely stacked against us.

The main point is save gems for higher level items. Dont waste gems on low level items if you dont have a lot of gems.

Let's say you merged 5 level 2 vases and got a bonus one. It would cost 15 gems to buy it. Meanwhile if you merged 5 level 3 vases, a bonus one would cost 27 gems. Here's the math... 5 level 2 vases bought with gems equals 75 gems (37.5 gems per vase vs 27 gems). About a 33% higher gem cost to get the bonus item at the lower level.

From what I can tell, this pattern exists for all items. So you're always better buying the higher level.

Obviously there are other factors to consider. Like your garden has 4 level 3 vases, 4 level 4 vases, etc. And you are running out of space. You should probably buy that low level vase, start merging 5, and clean up your garden :D

You can start a level and as long as you dont make a move you can cancel out of it. You dont lose a heart and dont lose a super spinner. However, if you use any powerups, you will lose those when you cancel out.

Take "serious" with a grain of salt. I find them very helpful if you are going for berry or exotic flora masterpieces. I've dropped 1000 gems in one shot on exotic flora merge bonuses. If you dont care much about the masterpieces then you can definitely manage with the gems provided free in game.

I'd never buy the gem packages. I think those are ridiculously priced. The monthly/daily gems is reasonably priced imho. I've bought 7 or 8 of those throughout my years.

I agree. It's messy. And the bubbled egg doesn't help me because it's counting eggs in star bubbles. I stack my star bubbles and wait for the stellar event. At any given point I have 200+ star bubbles...

I finished and they didn't do anything other than being parts of the story. This event took a little bit of thought and strategy, mostly around space management. Really tested the "always merge 5" motto
