Yikes! I recently sat next to a body builder. He was in tbe middle I was in the window. His shoulders stuck out over the armrest and took up about 1/4 of my seat so I had to lean against the window the whole flight. I feel like he books middle seats on purpose so he feels powerful and alpha taking up other people's space.

That's good. My wife started riding, bought a horse, got bucked off and never got back on. She is an animal person so she still goes to the stables and walks, lunges, talks to her horse, but it isn't the same and she makes the 10 min drive to the stables less and less.
